Professional Liability Insurance for Personal Trainers                          & Aerobics Instructors                                 

This type of policy is designed to cover Professional Fitness Trainers, & Aerobic Instructors who are independents or sub-contractors with health clubs, community centers, and corporate facilities.  

All trainers and instructors must be certified by a nationally recognized board.  We will not cover the following: any premises you own or lease, martial arts, sports medicine, gymnastics, trampoline, tanning devices, body wrapping, massage therapy, physical therapy, and any medical or chiropractic treatment.  (These activities may be covered under other programs.  Call for information) To enroll for this coverage, simply complete and return this application and an agent will contact you.
